Gyeongbuk Office of Education Holds Recruitment Briefing for Third-Year Vocational High School Students with Participation from 19 Companies
The Gyeongbuk Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Jong-sik) will hold the "2026 First Half Corporate Recruitment Briefing Session" from April 20 to 24 for third-year students at vocational high schools in the province, as well as their parents and career guidance counselors.
The briefing sessions will be held sequentially at three locations: Kumoh Technical High School (April 20–21, 24), Gumi Girls' Commercial High School (April 22–23), and Lahan Hotel Gyeongju (April 24). A total of 19 outstanding domestic companies will participate, providing recruitment information and offering opportunities to better understand the realities of various industries.
The sessions are open to third-year vocational high school students who have completed prior registration. Participating companies represent a range of industries and include Woojin Plaimm Co., Ltd., Amkor Technology Korea, Nepes Co., Ltd., SFA Semicon Co., Ltd., DNO Co., Ltd., CJ Foodville, Jeju Shinhwa World, Lahan Hotel Gyeongju, and Hotel HDC, among others.
In particular, the final session at Lahan Hotel Gyeongju will be conducted as an on-site corporate tour, enabling students to directly experience actual working environments and deepen their understanding of various professions.
Through this recruitment briefing session, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education expects to provide students with practical hiring information, strengthen their job preparation skills based on a better understanding of companies, and increase high school graduate employment outcomes through early matching with outstanding firms.
