One-Month Journey in Hapcheon Begins... Special Stay Experience Offered to 20 Teams

Hapcheon County in South Gyeongsang Province is recruiting participants for the first session of the "2026 One-Month Travel in Hapcheon (Darago GO! Stay)" program in order to promote stay-type tourism and expand the resident population.
According to the Hapcheon County Tourism Association on April 17, this program was selected as part of a Gyeongsangnam-do public contest project and is being carried out to invigorate the local economy through long-term stay-type travel that utilizes various tourist resources in Hapcheon.
The first recruitment period runs from April 17 to April 24. A total of 20 teams (1 or 2 people per team) will be selected, targeting adults aged 19 and over who reside outside the Gyeongsangnam-do region.

View original imageThis program offers a variety of themed content to reflect the diverse travel preferences of participants, including: ▲festival-linked stay-type trips ▲emotional journeys to flower attractions ▲pet-friendly travel ▲star and space-themed travel ▲cultural heritage explorations ▲wellness and healing trips ▲workcations, among others.
Selected participants will stay in Hapcheon for a period ranging from a minimum of 3 nights to a maximum of 29 nights between May and June, enjoying free travel and taking on promotional missions using their personal social media accounts after experiencing local attractions.
Various benefits are also provided. Each team will receive up to KRW 70,000 per day for accommodation, up to KRW 70,000 to 100,000 per person for experience expenses, and up to KRW 20,000 per person for travel insurance, all on a reimbursement basis. These expenses will be reimbursed after the trip, following the confirmation of promotional activities and supporting documents.
