Natural Way Signs MOU with Polmedi for Overseas Market Expansion
On the 17th, Natural Way announced that it had signed a business agreement (MOU) with Polmedi for strategic cooperation to expand its presence in overseas markets.
The two companies will pursue joint research and development of health foods and health functional foods, cooperate to respond to overseas markets, build a joint response system for product development requests, operate Natural Way as a partner at the level of Polmedi’s internal organization, and create business synergies through vertically integrated operations. Natural Way expects that this MOU will further strengthen its competitiveness in the health functional food and health-oriented food markets.
Natural Way, established in 1999, is a specialized OEM·ODM company for health functional foods, possessing competitiveness across the development of functional ingredients, product planning, and overall production. Polmedi provides a wide range of OEM·ODM solutions, from basic cosmetics to functional products, and has recently expanded its research into the field of human health.

Meanwhile, Natural Way is preparing for a KOSDAQ listing to expand into overseas markets and enhance production facilities. The company plans to focus funds raised from the listing on expanding production capacity and securing new growth engines, thereby further strengthening its global competitiveness.
