In the 2025 ‘Public Institution Recruitment Audit’ conducted by Gyeonggi Province, the authority achieved a ‘flawless recruitment process’ with zero issues identified, thereby proving the fairness and transparency of its hiring practices externally. In particular, by utilizing the administrative information sharing system, it significantly shortened the qualification verification process—which previously took an average of five days—by handling it in real time, dramatically improving the efficiency and credibility of its recruitment process.
The authority also drew attention for offering more than just practical work experience, providing substantial institutional support for young interns’ job searches. As a result of proactively supporting interns so they could concentrate on job hunting and interviews, two out of four interns who participated in 2025 successfully secured employment in professional fields related to their work experience at the authority.
Internally, the organization greatly increased the proportion of female managers from 28.6% in 2024 to 37.5% in 2025, achieving meaningful gender equality within the organization. By assigning female talent to 100% of core strategic departments—such as planning, budgeting, and audit—it took the lead in breaking the glass ceiling and establishing a balanced organizational culture.
