Kyowon Kumon: "Over 80% Customer Satisfaction with 'Master' Service"
Satisfaction Survey Results Announced for Members
Kyowon Kumon announced on April 15 that more than 80% of customers using its digital learning management service "Master" expressed satisfaction with the service, according to the company's own survey.
The survey was conducted among a total of 1,153 customers who used "Master" between June 2025 and January 2026. By category, 81.4% of respondents said they were "very satisfied" or "satisfied" with the service. Additionally, 61.3% of respondents felt that the service provided a distinctive effect compared to the traditional weekly in-person management. One of the most satisfying aspects cited was "the management and immediate learning feedback provided by Kumon instructors."
It is analyzed that the high level of satisfaction is due in part to the presence of the smart worksheet, Smart KumonN. When students solve problems using the Smart KumonN app, their handwritten work is digitized and recorded in real time. Based on this, students can enter the video-based management service "Master" to solve problems, and if they encounter difficulties, they can promptly ask Kumon instructors and receive immediate feedback. By combining traditional offline visits with online learning management, students can now receive learning support twice a week.
