A total of 100 graphic designers from Korea and abroad will participate in the exhibition. The participating artists will present poster works that reinterpret a variety of narratives and symbols, ranging from the memories of Yi Sun-shin's boyhood to his achievements as an admiral, from their own unique perspectives.
The distinctive feature of this exhibition is that it goes beyond simply commemorating Admiral Yi Sun-shin's history, instead connecting his narrative to the historical and cultural identity of Jung-gu, Seoul. It is significant in that it expands the region's historical and cultural assets into design content.
On the 25th, during the exhibition period, an outdoor exhibition titled "2026 VIDAK Again Yi Sun-shin International Poster Exhibition" will also take place at the crossroad near Myungbo Theater. By linking the indoor and outdoor exhibitions, the event seeks to broaden public engagement with citizens.
