Through this campaign, public-private cooperation for energy conservation was strengthened.
During the event, participants read out a resolution on energy saving, expressing a shared commitment to practicing energy conservation in daily life. Afterward, the Mayor of Seongnam and other participants marched together around the Yatap Station area.
Participants actively promoted energy saving to citizens using placards and promotional materials, informing them about the importance of conserving energy and sharing practical ways to do so.
In particular, on-site guidance focused on easily applicable energy-saving habits in daily life, such as maintaining appropriate indoor temperatures, cutting standby power, using high-efficiency home appliances, and turning off unnecessary lights. These actions were introduced to encourage citizens' empathy and participation.
