Kangwon Land Holds "1st High1 Bootcamp" to Support Youth Employment Empowerment
Tailored Support for Strengthening Job Competencies
for Unsuccessful Applicants and Young Job Seekers Interested in Joining
Kangwon Land (Acting CEO Nam Han-gyu) announced on March 27 that it held the "2026 1st High1 Bootcamp" over two days starting March 26 at the Small Banquet Hall on the 5th floor of the High1 Convention Hotel. The event targeted previous unsuccessful applicants and young people interested in joining the company ahead of the first half of the year’s new employee recruitment.

View original imageThis program was designed to provide practical support to candidates who narrowly missed out in previous hiring rounds, as well as to young people aspiring to work at Kangwon Land, with the aim of deepening their understanding of the entire application process.
The "High1 Bootcamp" hosted a total of 60 participants, with 30 people per session. The program focused on practical topics such as: guidance on Kangwon Land’s recruitment process; employment market trends and self-analysis strategies; interview techniques for different types of interviews; and small-group mock interviews with one-on-one coaching and feedback.
