China Provides $200,000 Aid to Iranian Elementary School... "Condemns Indiscriminate Attacks"
Approximately 300 Million Won in Support
China has announced that it will provide support worth 200,000 dollars (approximately 300 million won) to an elementary school in Iran, where a large number of casualties occurred as a result of military operations by the United States and Israel.
On March 13, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jia-kun revealed this plan at a regular press briefing, stating, "China condemns all indiscriminate attacks targeting civilians and non-military objectives. We have decided to provide 200,000 dollars in emergency assistance to the Iranian Red Crescent Society through the Red Cross Society of China, which will be used to comfort and compensate the parents of the students who lost their lives."
He went on to say, "China expresses deep condolences for the students who died at the Iranian elementary school and offers heartfelt sympathy to their bereaved families," adding, "We support the Iranian people in overcoming these difficulties."
