Sancheong Post Office will utilize its postal carrier network to deliver the packages and report on the recipients' well-being. The Sancheong County Community Security Council will support the project by funding costs related to the care packages and assisting with its implementation.
In particular, when postal carriers visit, they will use a checklist to assess for crisis situations and report any concerns to the county, enabling local welfare officers to provide immediate, tailored welfare services.
In 2025, the county delivered a total of 1,320 check-in care visits to 110 individuals through this project, resulting in high satisfaction and helping prevent solitary deaths.
