Hanssem announced on March 9 that, in celebration of International Women's Day, it held a volunteer activity at its Sangam-dong headquarters in Seoul to support the self-reliance of single-parent families.
This volunteer initiative was organized to provide practical assistance to single-parent families who are leaving residential facilities and beginning their independent lives, and to encourage them as they start this new chapter.

View original imageOn March 5, Hanssem employees reflected on the meaning of sharing by assembling 'Self-Reliance Support Kits' filled with the company's essential living products needed for independent living. The kits contained daily necessities such as a bedding set, frying pan, cutlery set, knife, cutting board, airtight containers, and hangers, so that recipients could use them immediately in their new homes.
Employees also included handwritten letters of support, filled with sincerity, for the mothers and children embarking on their new beginnings. The Self-Reliance Support Kits, worth a total of 10 million won and prepared by the employees, will be delivered sequentially to single-parent families preparing to leave the facilities through the international relief and development NGO G Foundation.
