Everland Begins Recruiting Members for Children's Experiential Education Program "E-Cube School"
Kids (Prospective Elementary Students) and Eco (Grades 1-4)
Enhanced Curriculum Linkage through Collaboration with Seoul National University College of Education
Inquiry Classes Also Offered in English
Everland, operated by the Resort Division of Samsung C&T Corporation, will begin recruiting members for the 2026 session of its E-Cube School, an experiential educational program for children focused on plants and animals, starting from March 11.
The E-Cube School is an experiential education program designed to help children joyfully experience and deeply explore the world we live in, with the goal of enriching their lives through the insights gained in the process.

The program has gained popularity because children are able to physically learn scientific concepts linked to the school curriculum by directly observing and exploring plants and animals, and can also experience unique job programs such as being a zookeeper or a veterinarian, which are difficult to encounter in everyday life.
Among parents, positive word of mouth has spread, with comments such as, "My child always finds something new since they meet new animals and plants every month," and "They come home and easily explain what they learned today and even review it on their own." As a result, the program has established itself as a self-directed learning experience for children.
In particular, a boy from Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, surnamed Park (age 11), who participated in E-Cube School for two consecutive years, said, "It was exciting and fun to see animals at Everland and then encounter them again in school lessons." He added, "This year, I plan to join with my younger sibling, which I think will be even more enjoyable."
Everland is further strengthening the connection between E-Cube School and the school curriculum by collaborating with Seoul National University’s College of Education, ensuring that on-site observation and exploration activities are naturally linked to core concepts learned in the classroom.
E-Cube School will operate two separate courses from April 2026 to February 2027: "E-Cube Kids" for prospective elementary students, and "E-Cube Eco" for students in grades 1 through 4.

For example, under the topic of evolution, children can naturally acquire the concept by observing, exploring, and recording how wild animals such as giraffes and elephants, as well as ferns, have changed over multiple generations.
Additionally, the program incorporates a storytelling approach with the theme "A Secret Exploration Notebook for Life Scientists 200 Years in the Future," encouraging children to document and pass on their research and observations of plants and animals to future generations, thereby increasing immersion throughout the program.
Various curricula will be offered, including inquiry classes taught in English, as well as one-day programs connected to experience infrastructures within Everland, such as Speedway and Forest Camp.

Everland stated, "We have structured the program to help children learn about plants and animals in a more systematic and scientific manner," adding, "We hope E-Cube School will serve as an enjoyable place for children to understand nature and as an opportunity to appreciate the value of life."
