Theborn Korea's Yeokjeon Udon Launches Rice Bowl Topped With Saemaeul Sikdang's Yeoltan Bulgogi

Theborn Korea announced on the 27th that Yeokjeon Udon 0410, its udon and rice bowl specialty restaurant brand, has launched a new menu item, "Yeoltan Jeyuk Deopbap," created in collaboration with its barbecue restaurant brand Saemaeul Sikdang. "Yeoltan Jeyuk Deopbap" is a rice bowl menu that applies the special sauce of "Yeoltan Bulgogi," the signature menu of Saemaeul Sikdang, to stir-fried spicy pork.

View original imageThis new menu item features pork shoulder to enhance texture, and it is characterized by the unique sweet yet spicy sauce of Yeoltan Bulgogi, with a subtle charcoal-grilled aroma added. Stir-fried spicy pork is placed on top of rice, and green onions, seaweed flakes, and a fried egg are added as garnish to complete it as a one-bowl meal. The company explained that it "has realized a flavor profile that is differentiated from existing jeyuk deopbap."
