This is a follow-up measure to the logistics cooperation enhancement business agreement signed by the two companies in September last year.
The two companies announced a joint vision of becoming "the smartest route to Central Asia" by strengthening their partnership and combining their expertise. They plan to promote integrated logistics operations not only within Central Asia but also for transportation between Central Asia and Korea, thereby achieving logistics efficiency and optimization. This logistics synergy is expected to help secure competitiveness in the local food and convenience store distribution markets.
In addition, leveraging their fulfillment capabilities, the two companies plan to take the lead in the local e-commerce business and expand high value-added services. Through this, they intend to focus on capturing logistics demand from local food and distribution companies.
CEO Kang said, "The partnership between our two companies will be a key driving force in reshaping the logistics markets of Korea and the CIS region," adding, "We will further strengthen our market competitiveness by achieving this vision."
