Emhaman Donates Scholarship Funds to Haman County Scholarship Foundation
Total Scholarship Donations Reach 155 Million Won
On February 6, Haman County in South Gyeongsang Province announced that Emhaman Co., Ltd. had donated 25 million won in scholarship funds to the Haman County Scholarship Foundation to foster local talent.
At the donation ceremony held on February 5, Emhaman Co., Ltd. Executive Director Kim Taeho attended, expressed the company’s commitment to the development of local education and the nurturing of talent, and delivered the scholarship funds to Haman County Mayor Cho Geunje, who also serves as chairman of the Haman County Scholarship Foundation.

Emhaman Co., Ltd. operates a renewable energy business and a non-metal raw material recycling business in Daesan-myeon, and since 2021 it has been donating 25 million won every year to the Haman County Scholarship Foundation with a total goal of 500 million won, providing scholarships to students at schools in the Daesan-myeon area.

Including this scholarship donation, the total amount of scholarship funds that Emhaman Co., Ltd. has donated so far comes to 155 million won, and these funds are managed as a designated scholarship that awards scholarships under the donor’s name. To date, 60 students have received a total of 27 million won in scholarships.
