The company explained that the flexible work environment, which allows managers to freely choose their working hours and locations, as well as in-house professional training, has attracted a diverse range of middle-aged individuals, from full-time homemakers seeking side jobs to women returning to the workforce after a career break.
To mark the milestone of reaching 200,000 managers, Cheongso Research Institute has enhanced its welfare benefits for managers. To improve their working conditions, the company plans to provide up to 2.8 million won per year in mutual support funds to managers who achieve 600 cumulative working hours per quarter. This is an increase from the previous 2.4 million won, and the company aims to offer the highest level of compensation in the industry.
