KB Securities Launches "Brokerage-Type ISA Net Deposit Event"
KB Securities announced on December 1 that it is holding the "Brokerage-Type ISA Net Deposit Event," offering various benefits to customers who hold brokerage-type Individual Savings Accounts (ISA).
This event will run until February 28, 2026, and is open to both new and existing customers. During the event period, customers who newly open a KB Securities brokerage-type ISA account and make a net deposit of at least 1 million won will receive 5,000 won in Coupang Cash.
Additionally, based on the net deposit amount in the brokerage-type ISA account, customers will receive Shinsegae gift certificates as follows: 600,000 won for deposits of 200 million won or more; 300,000 won for deposits between 100 million and less than 200 million won; 100,000 won for deposits between 50 million and less than 100 million won; 50,000 won for deposits between 30 million and less than 50 million won; and 30,000 won for deposits between 10 million and less than 30 million won. For customers who transfer their accounts from other companies, the transferred amount will be recognized as double the deposit amount. Furthermore, customers aged 19 to 39 (born between 1986 and 2006 as of the event start date) will receive additional Olive Young gift certificates: 20,000 won for net deposits of 50 million won or more, and 10,000 won for net deposits between 10 million and less than 50 million won.
In addition, customers who make net purchases of at least 3 million won in financial products through their brokerage-type ISA account-excluding funds such as ETFs, MMFs, bond-type funds, ultra-short-term bonds, OTC bonds (except for RPs), and derivative-linked securities (ELS, ELB, DLS, DLB)-will receive a 10,000 won Shinsegae gift certificate.
Notably, this event also includes a special "ISA Year-End Awards" event to mark the end of the year, allowing customers to select the investment asset that yielded the highest return for them over the past year. Customers can vote for one among ETFs, funds, bonds, REITs, equity-linked securities (ELS), or equity-linked bonds (ELB). Simply participating in the vote will enter customers into a draw for various prizes. The ISA Year-End Awards event runs until December 31.
Participation in the event requires registration, and to receive the benefits, customers must maintain their brokerage-type ISA account balance from March 1 to March 31, 2026.
