View original imageAccording to the center on November 28, this broadcast is a hands-on program in which small business owners in the Buan area directly apply the filming, communication, and sales skills they have learned through media training to real-time live commerce. The program was designed to practically support small businesses in strengthening the competitiveness of their products and entering the online distribution market.
The live broadcast will be operated in a format that covers everything from product introduction to consumer interaction and sales in real time.
This live commerce event will feature a wide variety of key agricultural and specialty products from the Buan region, as well as handmade crafts, all prepared directly by local producers. Items include Sanghwang mushrooms, pecans, traditional barley powder, salt-cured soap, handmade mulberry jam, and Baek myeongran jeotgal (seasoned pollack roe), among others.
Viewers will be able to check detailed information about the products' key features, production processes, and usage methods during the broadcast, and special live-only discounts will be offered exclusively during the show.
In particular, this broadcast is not simply a sales event, but is structured as a "media training-to-live broadcast" program, and is expected to have a positive impact on revitalizing the local economy.
From May to June, the Buan Media Center provided practical, hands-on training covering the entire online sales process to seven teams of small business owners selected through an open call. The training included basic sales planning, detailed page composition, filming techniques, live broadcast operation, packaging, and customer service.
During the training, small business owners acquired media skills required in real-life settings, such as product presentation in front of the camera, brand storytelling, scene composition, lighting and sound setup, use of broadcasting equipment, and order and delivery management. This live broadcast marks the final stage, where participants put the skills they have learned into practice.
A center representative stated, "This project goes beyond simple online sales support, focusing on helping small business owners develop the media skills necessary to independently enter and operate in the online market. Since the program connects training, live broadcasting, and post-consulting, we expect that participating businesses will be able to independently adapt to the online distribution environment in the future."
Meanwhile, the live commerce broadcasts will air from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on both occasions. Users who wish to watch or purchase can search for the seller's channel name on the Grip app and subscribe to the channel to receive broadcast notifications.
