Hyundai Transys Achieves Top Rating in Win-Win Growth Index for 11 Consecutive Years
Hyundai Transys announced on November 4 that it has become the first company in the automotive parts industry to receive the highest rating for 11 consecutive years in the "2024 Win-Win Growth Index" assessment released by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership.
The Win-Win Growth Index is a metric that quantifies the level of cooperative partnerships between large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. Companies that achieve the highest rating for three consecutive years are granted the status of "Honorary Win-Win Company." Through this latest assessment, Hyundai Transys has now maintained its status as an Honorary Win-Win Company for eight consecutive years.
To build a sustainable future mobility ecosystem, Hyundai Transys operates a customized win-win growth program for its partners called "3Co-growth." The "3Co-growth" program is based on three core strategies: strengthening collaboration, ensuring sustainable growth, and enhancing communication. It is designed to support the practical growth of partner companies.
First, the collaboration enhancement program provides financial support to help partners secure liquidity. Hyundai Transys has contributed 79 billion won to a win-win growth fund, offering up to 1 billion won in interest rate reductions on loans. When necessary, the company also provides direct loans to help partners manage their finances stably.
Additionally, the company pays suppliers in advance before major holidays and pays the full amount in cash to small and medium-sized partners with annual sales of less than 100 billion won. Through the win-win payment system, secondary and lower-tier suppliers can quickly convert payments into cash and receive tax credits. Hyundai Transys also enhances partner competitiveness through recruitment linked to its brand recognition and by providing educational support.
The sustainable growth program supports partners in pioneering overseas markets and driving technological innovation.
Hyundai Transys assists partners in expanding their global networks and increasing sales by organizing overseas online purchasing consultations, jointly participating in international automotive parts exhibitions, dispatching market development teams to key regions such as Europe, and providing support for localization costs abroad. The company also offers technical support for process improvements at production sites and provides free patents to help partners develop new products and enhance their technological capabilities.
The communication enhancement program focuses on listening to partners and reflecting their feedback in the company’s win-win management. Through the "On-site Service," Hyundai Transys visits partner workplaces directly to hear concerns and implement improvements. The company also provides various policies and support information via the win-win growth portal. Based on the needs of partners, Hyundai Transys offers tailored training and fosters industry experts, while also providing a range of employee benefits, such as exclusive resort facilities and mutual aid support.
Furthermore, the company holds an annual "Partners Day" event with representatives from over 120 partner companies to share Hyundai Transys’s future strategies, key tasks, and improvement plans for current issues.
