Shinhan Bank's signature character, Molly (MOLI), has been implemented as an AI bank teller. The service is designed to allow customers to experience banking work, which can often feel heavy and rigid, in a more friendly and comfortable way.
At the 'AI Molly Counter,' customers can handle 66 different tasks, including opening, checking, and transferring deposits; reissuing passbooks and check cards; reissuing security devices; and currency exchange. Physical documents such as transaction certificates and passbooks can be received immediately. Check cards and security devices are also issued on the spot, and the counter is integrated with the mobile ticketing service, 'Shinhan Easy Check-in.'
A Shinhan Bank representative stated, "Starting with the Sookmyung Women's University Branch, we will continue to expand AI-based financial services that customers can use easily and conveniently."

This service provides customers with a mobile ticket via KakaoTalk notification or text message when they enter their phone number to receive a queue ticket. Customers can pre-enter information about their requested work through the mobile ticket while waiting, and counter staff can review customer needs in advance to process requests more efficiently.
