Governor Jeong directly reviewed the management difficulties faced in the field, including the identification of unreasonable regulations such as laws, systems, and rules that hinder business activities, the simplification of permits and approvals to attract companies, the expansion of administrative support for environmental and safety matters, and the improvement of infrastructure to promote corporate investment.
Based on the suggestions and field opinions raised at this meeting, Gijang County will conduct legal and institutional reviews to prepare solutions. In particular, the county plans to actively reflect practical regulatory improvement tasks in county administration, such as expanding employee convenience facilities and improving parking spaces to enhance road safety.
Governor Jeong Jongbok stated, "Regulatory innovation does not begin with grand slogans, but with small changes that reduce inconvenience for businesses and workers. We will make the voices from the field the starting point for regulatory innovation, improve unreasonable regulations, and enhance the competitiveness of local companies through proactive administration. We will also strengthen cooperation with relevant agencies to create an environment where businesses can invest with confidence."
