Yangju City Holds "Special Admissions Briefing Session for Rural Students," Provides Latest College Admissions Information
On October 22, Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province held the "2025 Special Admissions Briefing Session for Rural Students" at the audiovisual room of Yangju Baekseok High School, providing the latest college admissions information to local students and their parents.
During the session, the eligibility criteria for the special admissions program for rural students and the key features of major universities' admissions processes were explained, along with an introduction to the various benefits available to students from rural areas.
Yangju Baekseok High School, an autonomous public high school and a primary target school for the rural special admissions program, attracted attention by presenting both its school management direction and its specialized curriculum.
After the briefing, the Yangju Career and College Guidance Support Center introduced its customized career and college guidance initiatives, enabling students and parents to access a wide range of information related to college admissions.
More than 80 citizens attended the event, showing high interest by staying focused on the lecture until after 9 p.m.
