Wemade Max Unveils First Trailer for Open-World Action RPG "Project TAL"
A Universe Inspired by Traditional Korean Masks
Offering Deep Immersion and Expanded Combat Experiences
Wemade Max announced on the 24th that it has released the first official trailer for "Project TAL," a triple-A (blockbuster-level) open-world action role-playing game (RPG).
"Project TAL" is centered around a universe that modernizes traditional Korean masks and myths and folktales, delivering both deep immersion in single-player mode and strategic and tactical gameplay. The game is currently being developed by its subsidiary, Mad Engine.
The trailer showcases in-game content such as climbing actions to attack giant monsters in an open-world setting, part destruction attacks that can shift the tide of battle by targeting weaknesses, and combo skills that involve evading enemy attacks and counterattacking with the help of allies.
Son Myunseok, CEO of Wemade Max, stated, "'Project TAL' is a title that combines an emotional narrative of healing a wounded world with the combat excitement of a classic action RPG. As a triple-A title blending Mad Engine's technical prowess and artistic sensibility, our goal is to deliver a globally competitive open-world action RPG."
