The satisfaction score was calculated using the Public Customer Satisfaction Index (PCSI 2.0) model, analyzing 11 questions across five categories. Based on the score ranges, satisfaction is classified into seven levels, such as 'Very Satisfied' (100-85.7 points) and 'Satisfied' (85.6-71.4 points). Seongnam City's program falls into the 'Very Satisfied' category.
By category, the scores were particularly high for social responsibility (87.7 points), overall satisfaction (87.3 points), and service quality (87.2 points).
Users suggested improvements such as providing service guidance that is easier for the elderly to understand and expanding the amount of support. The city plans to reflect these opinions by analyzing indicators such as usage rates by period and improving the method of providing transportation subsidies.
This survey was conducted with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of ±5.38 percentage points.
Since 2023, Seongnam City has been promoting this program for seniors aged 70 and over, and as of the second quarter of this year, it has provided a total of 17.1 billion won to approximately 490,000 people.
