Sharing User-Type Statistics for Golfers
The Korea Golf Course Management Association and Golfzon Cloud announced on October 1 that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
This agreement aims to drive structural innovation in the K-golf industry and promote the digital transformation of golf courses. Key elements include: ▲ joint cooperation on digital operations for golf courses; ▲ collaborative research for the production of the Korea Golf Course Management Association's "Golf Industry White Paper"; ▲ sharing of user-type statistics from Golfzon Cloud; and ▲ cooperation in areas of mutual development and interest between the two organizations.

View original imageGolfzon Cloud will be responsible for providing stable IT solutions and technical support, as well as supplying the necessary information during the digital operation process promoted by the association. The association will actively cooperate to achieve the goals of the agreement. Through this partnership, member golf courses will have the opportunity to transition from traditional analog-based operations to digital systems. In addition, analysis of golfers by type using Golfzon Cloud's data is expected to serve as a foundation for documenting the current state and preparing for the future of the K-golf industry.

Choi Dongho, chairman of the association, said, "Through this agreement, we expect to help member golf courses achieve digital transformation, which will serve as an opportunity to enhance both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction." Ahn Wonik, CEO of Golfzon Cloud, also stated, "We will support the development of the K-golf industry based on data and IT solutions," adding, "We hope this collaboration will lead to greater competitiveness throughout the golf course industry."
