Coway Wins Triple Crown in KCSI Bidet, Water Purifier, and Bed Categories
First Place in Water Purifier Category for Nine Consecutive Years
Inaugural Top Ranking in Newly Established Bidet Category
Coway announced on October 1 that it had won three awards in the 2025 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) survey, organized by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).

View original imageThe KCSI is an index that measures customer satisfaction with products and services by industry and is the longest-running customer satisfaction survey in Korea. In this year’s survey, Coway ranked first in three categories: bidet, water purifier, and bed. The company achieved first place in the water purifier category for the ninth consecutive year, in the bed category for the fifth consecutive year, and was also named the inaugural top company in the newly established bidet category this year.
In particular, Coway scored 89.3 points in the consumer survey for the bidet category, significantly outperforming its competitors. This result was attributed to high scores in key evaluation criteria such as product performance, durability, and ease of maintenance. In the water purifier category, Coway achieved a score of 88.7 points, maintaining a wide lead over competitors, and also set a new record for the highest score ever in the bed category.
