Lotte Department Store announced on October 1 that the Spanish restaurant 'La Concha' will open on the 6th floor of Jamsil AvenueL in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, marking the first time in the retail industry. In November, the steakhouse 'Le Boeuf' will also make its industry debut on the 6th floor of Jamsil Lotte World Mall.

View original image'La Concha' is named after the beach in San Sebastian, Spain, and is a brand co-created by the renowned Korean Spanish restaurant 'Spain Club' and Lotte Department Store. The restaurant features modern Spanish dining by reinterpreting authentic Spanish cuisine with seasonal Korean ingredients.
'Le Boeuf,' set to open in November, means 'beef' in French. It is a popular restaurant in Yeouido, known for offering high-quality classic steak dishes at reasonable prices. This new location will be the first 'Le Boeuf' store in the retail sector. Reflecting the family-oriented clientele of Jamsil Lotte World Mall, this specialized dining space has been designed to exclude certain options such as 'mandatory alcohol orders.'
Lotte Town Jamsil has significantly strengthened its premium dining lineup this year. Including industry-first brands such as 'Seoryeong,' 'Confier Selection,' 'Shilla Noodle House,' and 'Itamae Sushi,' a total of 17 new dining options will be introduced this year alone. Notably, the first Korean location of Marugame Udon, an authentic Japanese Sanuki udon specialty restaurant, has seen explosive popularity since opening on September 15, with long lines forming daily. As about 70% of the new dining options have opened in Jamsil Lotte World Mall, the number of dining customers at Lotte World Mall from January to August increased by 15% compared to the same period last year.
