The event was organized to support successful local employment.

This event was part of the human resources development program under the K-U City Project, aiming to enhance understanding of Cheongdo's industries and intensively strengthen practical job-seeking skills, as well as to explore employment and economic activities within the region.

The main programs included a meeting with corporate HR managers, job and company analysis, AI-based resume writing techniques, one-on-one resume review clinics, interview speech training, mock interviews and one-on-one in-depth coaching, and the completion and presentation of employment portfolios.

Additionally, Beom Seokhyeon, Head of Division at Signal Care Co., Ltd., a promising local venture company, introduced the company, presented recruitment plans and the ideal candidate profile, and held a Q&A session with participants, exemplifying the collaborative K-U City human resources development program involving local government, universities, and businesses.

Kim Hasu, Governor of Cheongdo County, said, "I hope this program will be an opportunity for young people to plan their employment and economic activities in the region. The county will continue to improve residential conditions and supply public rental housing to make Cheongdo a city where young people want to live."

Furthermore, Cheongdo County has signed a business agreement with Daegu Haany University, which was selected for the Ministry of Education's "Glocal University 30" project aimed at regional innovation and nurturing young talent. By investing more than 46 billion won, including national and provincial funds, the county plans to contribute to sustainable development and the cultivation of future talent through customized support programs for local youth, improvements in residential conditions, support for employment and entrepreneurship, and the development of local professionals.
