Novelpia to Hold '2025 Universe Strongest Web Novel Contest' with Total Prize Pool of 300 Million Won

Winning Works to Receive Webtoon Adaptation and Promotional Support
Metacraft, the company operating the web novel platform Novelpia, announced that it will hold the "2025 Universe Strongest Web Novel Contest" with a total prize pool of 300 million won, starting from October 1.
The "Universe Strongest Contest," now in its fifth year, has established itself as a gateway for both new and established writers, with thousands of works submitted annually. In particular, the winning entries have received great love from readers through various promotional activities.
This year's contest will begin with the preliminary round on October 1, followed by the finals on November 13, and the announcement of the winners on December 4. All genres of web novels, including adult works, are eligible to participate. There will also be interactive events designed for both creators and readers to enjoy together.
The total prize pool for the contest is 300 million won, consisting of: Grand Prize - 100 million won; Excellence Award - 30 million won; Toptoon Award - 30 million won; Outstanding Award - 10 million won; and Special Award - 2 million won. In particular, the Toptoon Award is a partnership category, and the winning work will be officially serialized on Toptoon after being adapted into a webtoon.
In addition to the prize money, winners will receive various promotional opportunities and OSMU (One Source Multi Use) benefits provided by Novelpia, offering a valuable opportunity for many writers.
A Metacraft representative stated, "Celebrating its fifth year, the Universe Strongest Contest has been prepared as a festival where creators and readers can participate and enjoy together," adding, "We look forward to the challenges of many talented writers and the enthusiastic support of our readers."
