In Japan, the company produced original content specializing in creative fields such as animation, video, and illustration based on consumer analysis, and offered VOD lectures at a reasonable price of around 20,000 yen. This approach is seen as a direct challenge to the existing high-cost, theory-focused education market.
The company was also praised for rapidly building brand awareness by actively utilizing major online advertising platforms such as Google and Meta Platforms, as well as vertical media and local influencers, including Niconico Douga, Seiyuu Magazine, and CG-specialized outlets. In the United States, the company explained that it differentiated itself by providing practical, work-oriented educational content based on artificial intelligence (AI) and the latest technologies.
Day One Company plans to accelerate its global expansion based on these results. In the second half of the year, it aims to enter Canada, the United Kingdom, Thailand, France, and Australia, and is working to enter China within the year through contracts with local partners.
