"Take video at the fire scene" ... Robot command enables next-generation security system development
Intelivix and Unicore Robotics Sign MOU for Joint Patrol Robot Development
Synergy Created by Integrating Control Technology and Robotics
Intelivix, a company specializing in generative vision artificial intelligence (AI), announced on August 11 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Unicore Robotics, a robotics mobility specialist, for the joint development of autonomous patrol robots and AI integrated control technology.

Through this agreement, they plan to collaborate on the following: development of autonomous driving and control technology linked to patrol robots; development of a robot-control integrated interface; and human resource exchange and cooperation related to autonomous robot technology.
Notably, the jointly developed patrol robot will feature "mission-oriented autonomous driving" capabilities, enabling it to perform essential field investigations in disaster and accident sites, military zones, and other areas that are difficult for humans to access.
For example, when given a voice command such as "create a situation report and transmit video and images in real time" at a fire scene, the robot will approach the site, record video and photos, and the AI will automatically generate and send the situation report.
By equipping the four-legged robot with Intelivix's advanced AI control agent, Gen AMS (a generative AI-based AI monitoring system), mobile patrol operations become possible.
The goal is to enable flexible, voice-command-based mission execution for the quadruped robot. The two companies plan to begin developing next-generation security systems capable of autonomous patrol and real-time situation analysis for use in public facilities, industrial complexes, and defense installations.
Intelivix is a company that has independently developed a vision-language model (VLM) technology by combining vision AI with generative AI. Its flagship product, the AI integrated control platform Gen AMS, provides real-time video analysis and automated situation reporting, securing its position in the public, industrial, and defense sectors.
Unicore Robotics specializes in robotic mobility and has developed an autonomous wheelchair, collaborating with Bundang Seoul National University Hospital, Hyundai Motor Company, KT, and the Seoul Museum of Art. The company is commercializing mobility solutions that combine autonomous driving and AI technology for various environments.
