This agreement was established to address issues such as the damage to the cityscape caused by flyers advertising prostitution, illegal pharmaceuticals, and debt collection.
The police plan to actively cooperate in investigations by sharing investigative techniques related to illegal flyers with the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Both agencies will share information on phone numbers listed on illegal flyers and areas where distribution is concentrated. For phone numbers, they will register them in the "Daepo Killer" system and request telecommunications companies to suspend their use.
