Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency Launches 'Corporate Ombudsman' to Address SME Challenges... Recruiting 20 Experts
The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is recruiting 20 'Corporate Ombudsmen' until July 30 to address on-site challenges and regulatory issues faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Corporate Ombudsmen are regulatory innovation experts who identify various on-site issues such as delays in permits and approvals, excessive regulations, and institutional shortcomings encountered by SMEs, and propose practical solutions.
The recruitment fields include ten areas: general management, finance and funding, research and development (R&D·design·certification), trade and customs, legal affairs, patents, human resources and labor, tax and accounting, domestic and international marketing, and information and production management.

View original imageTwo individuals will be selected for each field, totaling 20 ombudsmen. The selected Corporate Ombudsmen will serve until December this year and will receive a predetermined activity allowance.
The main duties include: ▲ identifying difficulties through on-site visits to companies ▲ providing immediate solutions for simple issues and one-stop handling of complex problems ▲ offering real-time support in connection with the Gyeonggi-do Business SOS Net platform ▲ post-management and effectiveness verification of the resolution process.
