Air Premia Surpasses 2 Million Cumulative International Passengers
After Three Years Since Launching Operations in July 2022
Air Premia announced on July 10 that it surpassed a cumulative total of 2 million international passengers as of July 4, approximately three years after launching its first international flight in July 2022. This milestone comes just 15 months after reaching 1 million international passengers in April of last year, marking an additional 1 million passengers within that period.
With the journeys of these 2 million passengers, Air Premia has operated a total of 7,403 international flights, covering a cumulative flight distance of approximately 40.7 million kilometers. This is equivalent to circling the Earth about 1,016 times, with an average flight distance of about 5,498 kilometers per flight.
Currently, Air Premia operates eight regular international routes, including four in North America?Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Honolulu?as well as Tokyo (Narita), Bangkok, Da Nang, and Hong Kong. The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which is deployed on all routes, is highly fuel-efficient and offers a comfortable cabin environment.

Air Premia has also introduced its own brand of 'Wide Premium Class,' a premium economy service positioned between economy and business class. This service provides practical premium benefits such as generous seat pitch, reclining seats, and additional checked baggage allowance at a reasonable price.
