Woori Financial Group to Have All Employees Wear 'Woori WON Auxiliary Badge' Starting July 1
Commemorating the Acquisition of Tongyang Life and ABL Life
Chairman Lim Jongryong: "Let Us Move Toward the True Future of Comprehensive Finance"
Woori Financial Group announced on July 1 that all executives and employees across its affiliates will wear the 'Woori WON Auxiliary Badge'.
The new auxiliary badge was created to commemorate the successful incorporation of Tongyang Life Insurance and ABL Life Insurance as subsidiaries, and to demonstrate the group's ambition to make a greater leap forward as a comprehensive financial group encompassing banking, securities, and insurance. In particular, the badge reflects the identity of the digital finance brand 'WON', with a design that visually represents digital leadership and innovation.
Woori Financial Group Chairman Lim Jongryong personally presented the badge to employees of Tongyang Life Insurance and ABL Life Insurance, who have become new members of the group, stating, "Beyond banking, by adding securities and insurance, we are moving toward a bigger and stronger path in finance, a path that is more quickly connected through digital, and toward the true future of comprehensive finance."
He added, "We are not afraid of change, and we are ready to embrace new challenges. Let us now move forward toward greater finance."
