On July 1, Research Alarm analyzed Adforus, stating that the company possesses unrivaled competitiveness in the advertising industry, which is shifting toward a performance-oriented model. Adforus is currently pursuing a merger with Shinyoung SPAC No. 8.
Choi Sunghwan, a researcher at Research Alarm, introduced Adforus as "an operator of a 'full-stack advertising platform'" and described it as "a platform that enables advertisers to execute efficient campaigns in ways that meet various key performance indicators required by clients."
He further explained, "Adforus can optimize advertising campaigns based on real-time collected big data," and added, "Last year, Adforus recorded 1.2 billion KRW in revenue and 100 million KRW in operating profit per employee, demonstrating the highest level of operational efficiency in the industry."

He also noted, "Adforus has established an operational system based on data and technology-driven processes accumulated over more than 10 years," and added that the company "possesses automated advertising execution capabilities with low dependence on manpower." Additionally, he emphasized, "Adforus aims to establish an advanced data-driven decision-making system similar to Palantir's 'Foundry' model," and stated, "With the IPO as a turning point, the company plans to accelerate investment in big data and AI-based businesses."
