Meet Wolchulsan National Park Through Media Art
Agreement Signed for Media Art Content Production
On May 15, Yeongam County Ha Jungwoong Museum of Art signed an agreement at the museum with the Jeonnam Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency and Entonic Creative Co., Ltd. to produce media art content.
According to Yeongam County on the 16th, this agreement was arranged as a follow-up measure after the April project "Wolchulsan, Capturing Its Sublimity on Canvas" was selected for the "Jeonnam Cultural Content Industry Support Project," which supports activities that reinterpret regional cultural assets as modern content.

The seven regional artists exhibited their works at the "Wolchulsan, The Moon Blooms" exhibition held at Yeongam County Ha Jungwoong Museum of Art from October last year to February this year. In addition, hardware such as a large LED panel for screening the media works will also be delivered together.
Yeongam County Ha Jungwoong Museum of Art plans to install this large LED panel in the main building lobby by October, so that visitors can view the media content starting in November.
Furthermore, the hardware is expected to serve as a platform for screening content such as "AI-based Wolchulsan Media Art," "Masterpiece-based Wolchulsan Media Art," and "Kiosk-specialized Interactive Content" in the future.
Kim Kyuhwa, a team leader at Yeongam County Ha Jungwoong Museum of Art, said, "By expanding the natural asset of Wolchulsan into media art, the museum will broaden cultural enjoyment opportunities for visitors and promote creative activities of local artists, thereby creating a synergistic effect for the region's culture and tourism industries."
