View original imageThe Chungnam Institute will embark on joint research to foster regionally specialized cultural and tourism industries within the province.
The institute announced on the 24th that it had signed a business agreement with the Chungnam Culture and Tourism Foundation and the Chungnam Institute of History and Culture, with the research project titled "Strategies for Utilizing Chungnam's Cultural Heritage as Tourism Resources."
The research will cover: ▲Defining the concept and policy elements of utilizing cultural heritage as tourism resources ▲Analyzing policy trends in the utilization of cultural heritage for tourism ▲Surveying the current status of related policies ▲Identifying best practices and conducting demand surveys ▲Developing strategies for the utilization of cultural heritage as tourism resources.
Director Jeon Heekyung stated, "Through this joint research, we aim to enhance the effectiveness of the provincial government's goals and produce high-quality research outcomes," adding, "We also hope to generate synergy through exchange and cooperation among various institutions."
