Busan Gijang-gun to Open Individual Official Land Price Viewing from the 21st This Year
'Individual Official Land Price Viewing and Opinion Submission Period'
to Be Operated from March 21 to April 9
Gijang-gun, Busan (Governor Jung Jongbok) will operate this year's 'Individual Official Land Price Viewing and Opinion Submission Period' from March 21 to April 9.
This year, a total of 108,917 parcels are subject to viewing. The county has investigated and assessed the land prices for each parcel from November last year to March this year, and the assessed prices have been verified by certified appraisers.
Individual official land prices can be viewed through the Real Estate Public Price Notification Service or at the Land Information Division of the county office. After viewing, landowners and interested parties who have opinions may fill out an opinion form with the desired price and reasons, and submit it online (via the Real Estate Public Price Notification Service website) or in writing (at the township/district administrative welfare center or the Land Information Division of Gijang-gun Office) by April 9.
For land parcels with submitted opinions, the land characteristics and standard land parcels will be re-investigated, and after deliberation by the Gijang-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, the results will be individually notified to the submitters. The final decision and public announcement will be made on April 30.
An official from Gijang-gun stated, "We will ensure a thorough process for viewing and handling opinions on individual official land prices to enhance fairness and reliability."
