to Establish Local Government-Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation System
Pukyong National University (President Bae Sanghun) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Export-Import Association and the Korea Trade and Commerce Promotion Association on the 20th to establish a cooperation system among local government, industry, academia, and research institutes.

View original imagePresident Bae Sanghun and the representatives of the two associations, including Chairman Jung Youngsik, held the signing ceremony in the reception room on the 3rd floor of the main building of Pukyong National University in the morning. They agreed to build a cooperative system that can foster future talent through balanced development of the local community and industry.
Through this agreement, the three organizations will cooperate on: mutual exchange and cooperation of human and material resources; mutual support for various collaborative projects for local community development; educational and research support for nurturing future talent and professionals; and exchange of industry-academia information and cooperation in hosting academic conferences to broaden the base of local industry.
Pukyong National University is expanding its cooperation among local government, industry, academia, and research institutes to promote projects such as the Glocal University 30 Project and the RISE Project. Through this agreement, the university expects to establish smooth cooperation and exchange of human and material resources by utilizing the expertise of each organization.
