Dongducheon City Signs Major Accident Prevention MOU with Korea Industrial Safety Association
Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyung-deok) announced on the 20th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency on the 19th to prevent major accidents and promote a safety culture.

According to the agreement, Dongducheon City and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency will cooperate in various fields such as advisory support for major accident prevention, support for inspection activities for citizen safety, consultation related to construction and facility safety, and joint campaign support to spread a safety culture.
In particular, the technical and academic capabilities of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, which is regarded as the nation's top comprehensive safety advisory institution, are expected to greatly contribute to improving the safety level of Dongducheon City. Both organizations plan to establish a sustainable cooperation system through regular safety inspections and operation of educational programs.
