He added, "Through this release, it has been reaffirmed that Shim Woo-jung, the Prosecutor General who was a subordinate of Kim Joo-hyun, the Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs during his time at the Ministry of Justice, remains a follower of Yoon Seok-yeol even after the December 3rd insurrection, and that the court makes legalistic choices without concern for the serious political repercussions of its decisions in the current situation."
He continued, "The release of Yoon Seok-yeol will further encourage the rampage and uprising of far-right forces that support the December 3rd martial law," and warned, "The criminal trial for treason against Yoon Seok-yeol will be delayed, and we might even see him giving speeches at outdoor rallies."

He concluded, "After Yoon Seok-yeol's dismissal, we must watch with vigilance whether the prosecution properly investigates the Yoon Seok-yeol and Kim Kun-hee couple for charges such as the 'Myeongtaegyun Gate' and whether they request arrest warrants," adding, "We must tighten our shoelaces once again."
