Gwangju Urban Corporation Ranks First Nationwide in Customer Satisfaction in Ministry of the Interior and Safety Evaluation

Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on the 6th that it ranked first among urban development corporations nationwide in the 2024 Local Public Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Survey organized by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
In this survey, Gwangju Urban Corporation recorded an overall satisfaction score of 92.3, significantly exceeding the average for urban development corporations (87.6).
In particular, the corporation received consistently high scores in all evaluation categories, including service environment, process, results, social satisfaction, and overall satisfaction, earning recognition for the excellence of its public service quality and customer-oriented management.
The corporation has sought to enhance the quality of public services through a variety of policies and programs reflecting customer feedback. By strengthening communication with local residents, expanding facility maintenance, and holding cultural events for residents of rental apartments, it has provided customized services and contributed to increased citizen satisfaction.
