Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Expands AI Voice Guidance System for Auto Claims
Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on the 5th that it has expanded the application scope of its AI voice guidance system for automobile claims to cover the entire claims processing operations in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
This system, called the ‘AI Voice Bot,’ automatically provides necessary information to those involved in car accidents. After introducing this system in 2023, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance has now enhanced its performance and expanded the range of services.
Previously, the AI Voice Bot guided drivers and victims through the accident handling process. With the recent system improvements, the guidance scope now includes estimated insurance payouts, repair costs, and accident processing results. The AI also provides guidance for direct automobile insurance policy renewals.
Lim Ji-hoon, Head of the Automobile Claims Division at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, said, “By expanding the scope of automobile accident guidance through the AI Voice Bot, we will be able to offer customers faster and more thorough services. We will continue to actively adopt digital technologies to improve work efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.”
