According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 24th, the morning low on the 25th is forecasted to be between -8 and 0 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 6 to 12 degrees Celsius.

Sea waves are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea. In the offshore waters (approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are forecasted to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
