Dong-A University Holds '2025 Academic Year Entrance Ceremony and New Student Orientation'
Held at BEXCO Auditorium on the 17th: Around 4,400 Freshmen Begin Their Journey
Comprehensive Orientation Including University Life Guidance, Networking with Current Students, and Guest Performances

View original imageThe event, held on the 17th at the BEXCO Auditorium in Busan, was attended by freshmen and their parents, current students from the Student Council, Club Federation, Central Steering Committee, College Student Councils, Department Student Councils, President Lee Hae-woo, and headquarters officials.
President Lee Hae-woo said, “As you take your first step into the new world called university, I hope you strive to develop excellent character and fulfill your duties faithfully. I also wish you to maintain an attitude of thoroughly planning your studies and career path and executing them responsibly as mature members of society.” He added, “All faculty and staff, including myself as president, will do our best so that you, who have entered Dong-A University?a university recognized for shining even brighter after graduation?can take pride in being Dong-A people and grow into talents surpassing your predecessors.”
At the entrance ceremony, Dong-A University provided special education for freshmen, including academic and scholarship systems, extracurricular programs, and career development programs.
Additionally, a meeting place was arranged for freshmen and current students to address questions about university life by college.
Congratulations performances by singers MeloMance and 10CM, as well as a demonstration by the Dong-A University Taekwondo team, were also held.

This year, about 4,400 freshmen are enrolling at Dong-A University. The university plans to distribute ‘Welcome Kits (including a letter from the president, umbrella, tumbler, badge, etc.)’ prepared for the freshmen.
