20s Woman Murdered in Paju... Suspected Male Perpetrator Also Dead
Police to Analyze Mobile Phones and Request Autopsies
A woman in her 20s was murdered in Paju-si, Gyeonggi Province, and a man presumed to be the perpetrator also died in the incident.
According to the Paju Police Station, a report was received around 5:30 a.m. on the 26th about a stabbing at a residence in Munsan-eup, Paju-si.
The responding police found a woman in her mid-20s, Ms. A, lying on the floor bleeding, along with a man in his mid-20s, Mr. B. Ms. A, who had sustained severe neck injuries, eventually died, and Mr. B, who was conscious when found, was transported to the hospital but later passed away while receiving treatment.

The two were in a cohabiting romantic relationship, and the police believe it is highly likely that Mr. B killed Ms. A and then inflicted self-harm. The police plan to analyze their mobile phones and request autopsies to determine the exact circumstances of the incident.
