The 'faceless angel,' who has been making donations in Hanam-dong, Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju for 14 years, visited again ahead of the Lunar New Year.
According to the Hanam-dong Administrative Welfare Center on the 24th, this person has been quietly supporting the community every year since 2011. This year, they left behind 50 boxes of Shine Muscat grapes.
Appearing suddenly that day and leaving the fruit boxes at the administrative welfare center, the donor said, "I'm sorry I couldn't come last Chuseok," and added, "As much as I feel regret, I want to help my neighbors more often and more generously," before leaving.
Park Hyekyung, head of Hanam-dong, said, "In these difficult economic times, I am grateful and glad that the faceless angel has returned to practice sharing once again. We will make sure this precious gesture is delivered well."
