Samyang Foods Donates Ramen to Seoul, Wonju, and Iksan Ahead of Lunar New Year

View original imageSamyang Foods announced on the 23rd that it carried out donation activities to support vulnerable groups in Seoul, Wonju, and Iksan ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday. This donation was prepared as part of local sharing activities for the Lunar New Year in addition to Samyang Foods' monthly product sponsorships and scholarship support.
On the 17th, Samyang Foods donated a total of 170 boxes of ramen to the Seongbuk-gu Disabled Persons' Association, and on the 20th, to Good Neighbors Seoul Northern Branch. Then, on the 21st, they visited the Administrative Welfare Center in Usan-dong, Wonju City, where the Wonju factory is located, and delivered 105 boxes of ramen. On the 22nd, in connection with the Iksan factory, they delivered 150 boxes of ramen to the Mohyeon-dong and Sindong Administrative Welfare Centers in Iksan City.

The ramen donated to each organization and institution will be sequentially distributed to vulnerable groups and families with disabilities in the region. A Samyang Foods official explained, "In preparation for the Lunar New Year, we prepared a separate donation in addition to regular sponsorships to help neighbors who are going through difficulties, even if only a little."
