Mutual 'Hometown Love Donation' to Promote Regional Cooperation and System Activation
The Planning and Budget Division of Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, made a reciprocal donation of 'Hometown Love Donations' with the Planning and Budget Office of Cheongdo-gun to expand participation in the Hometown Love Donation System and promote the activation of the system.
This donation was made voluntarily by the staff of the planning and budget divisions (offices) of the two local governments to revitalize exchanges between regions and strengthen win-win cooperation.
Shin Sang-jin, head of the Planning and Budget Division of Goryeong-gun, said, "I hope this mutual donation will serve as a good example demonstrating the will for win-win cooperation for balanced development through inter-regional collaboration," and added, "I hope the donations will contribute to the development of each region."

The Hometown Love Donation System allows donations to one's hometown excluding the place of residence, offering tax deductions and the possibility of receiving thank-you gifts worth up to 30% of the donation amount. Donations can be made through the 'Hometown Love e-um' website or at any NongHyup branch nationwide.
